About Boreyeche

Building Ghana's Soybean Future

A fully indigenous Ghanaian company on a mission to transform the agricultural landscape of the Savannah Region.

Our Story

Boreyeche Company Ltd is a fully indigenous Ghanaian company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992). We are establishing a multipurpose soybean cultivation and processing facility at Galenzigu, a community located between Tamale and Yapei in the Central Gonja District of the Savannah Region of Ghana, with the White Volta River flowing through the town.

Ghana faces persistent gaps in the supply of high-protein poultry feed and edible oils, resulting in heavy import dependence that pressures foreign exchange reserves. Nationwide demand for nutritious, plant-based beverages continues to expand. Boreyeche Company Ltd aims to address these challenges.

With a capital investment of US$15 million, our integrated processing model captures maximum value from each soybean, reduces national import reliance, and strengthens rural economic development through local sourcing.

Our Vision

To become Ghana's leading integrated soybean processor and a regional export hub for high-quality soy-based products.

Our Mission

To empower farmers, reduce food imports, and provide affordable nutrition and feed solutions through sustainable agribusiness practices.
